SUBSEA SPORTS PURCHASE POLICIES:
30 Day Complete Satisfaction Return Policy:
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. Under this policy, you may return to SUBSEA SPORTS products that you purchased directly from SUBSEA SPORTS within 30 days from date on packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable return fees. Call customer service at 1-407-592-8175, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
You must ship the products to SUBSEA SPORTS within five (5) days of the date that SUBSEA SPORTS issues the Return Authorization Number. You must also return the products to SUBSEA SPORTS in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, applicable fees and duties(international orders), and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Order Cancellation Policy:
Please submit any cancellation via email to CancelOrder@SubseaSports.com or call on our business phone at 1-407-592-8175. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Shipping Costs :
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Policy:
90-Day Warranty:
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
One-Year Warranty:
All parts (except refurbished items) come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable. Repair is often necessary for items purchased more than 30 days prior.
ZEAGLE Systems Inc. Regulators and BCs carry a Limited Lifetime Guarantee To Original Owner and are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship.(see product owner's manual for specific details)

SUBSEA SPORTS ships to all addresses within the United States. Most orders place by 10:00 AM EST will ship that same day. If there is a delay or your item is on back order, a customer representitive will contact you.

SUBSEASPORTS.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the deliver address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Duties and Taxes: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Replacements:The above terms also apply to any replacement product we might ship (in our discretion) if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us (includes shipment refusal), you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
